Hi, welcome to my page, my name is Dale Kleinsteuber and I am a Canadian Golf Teaching Professional and member of the World Golf Teaching Federation, as well I am certified in Golf Club fitting and the repair of golf clubs, holding certification with Golfworks Club Fitting, Taylor Made Select–Fit Golf Clubs and also the PING Fitting System. I have been involved with golf industry for many years, as a player, a teacher and then learning of how a golf club affects the way a golf ball is hit.
I have seen many golfers struggle with consistency which can lead to frustration, this can often be caused by golf clubs that are not fit for the individual golfer, there can be many reasons for this – flex, length, grip, lie angle. We all want to have fun playing this game, why not give yourself the best possible advantage to enjoy this game and ensure your clubs are fit for you?
As a teacher, my teaching philosophy is simple and begins with the basic fundamentals of grip, alignment, stance, posture and ball position. As much as each person's swing has some uniqueness, every swing will need good fundamentals to provide a foundation to the swing and swing movement, it is here I will work on the importance of maintaining balance, creating a natural tempo and a tension-free motion through the golf swing. I will set achievable goals and most importantly maintain a positive and fun attitude, the student is put at ease, helping their overall enjoyment of the lesson and game. While teaching, I have seen the progression after each and every lesson that my students are showing and notice a tangible improvement in their overall ability.
And finally, golf is a great game and is a game for all ages, whether it is the junior golfer who anxiously waits to hit their first ball or a person who has played many years, it teaches us many things, allows us to make new friends and it has allowed me to travel and see places I never thought would be possible. It is because of golf that I am in China and can experience life and culture here.
