Oak Valley Golf Academy has continued to develop as one of the finest golf-training centers in China producing well-rounded golfers from Asia and placing them in the elitist categories of both amateur and professional golf. It has assisted juniors, amateurs, and professional golfers in accomplishing their goals both on and off of the golf course. Oak Valley Golf Academy strives to generate positive reinforcements for juniors within the sphere of morals, reinforcements for juniors within the sphere of morals, ethics, honesty, etiquette and sportsmanship through the game of golf. They provide golfers with an affirmative environment to learn the skills necessary to succeed in the future. To continue helping with the progression of golf in Asia, OVGA also provides scholarship and golf benefactor programs to empower juniors to reach their highest potential, whilst providing an unparalleled training opportunity for all aspiring golfers.

China Golf Coach is a fully-accredited Level III certified professional golf instructor. I attended training in the United States and China and was certified in Shanghai in October 2009, and am a member of the USGTF-China chapter. This is a first-class organization which is certifying teaching professionals world-wide. The China team of Toby Xie, Quincy Tam, and Steve Mak are committed to participating to the growth of golf in China and all three are a pleasure to work with.  USGTF featured me in a small write-up in their July 2011 newsletter. Orient (Shanghai) Golf Club is conveniently located in Shanghai's western area of Songjiang. Considered by many to be "Shanghai's Great Golf Value".  I'd like to thank the management and staff and Orient for their support during my time as General Manager At Orient Shanghai during the first half of 2011.

    东方（上海）高尔夫于2008年9月9日正式营业，坐落于如诗如画的江南水乡湖泊之中，设计师巧妙的结合连绵不绝的湖泊，弯曲变化的球道与散落的沙坑及植栽障碍，经典的设计出一个具有多种进攻选折，宜攻、宜守，极富趣味及挑战性的球场。球道全长为7,118码，蜿蜒的湖泊水障碍为球场增加了难度，也带来了更高的击球乐趣。简洁风格的会所与湖景风格相结合，会所的阳台上，整个球场优美的环境尽收眼底。东方（上海）高尔夫是社交、休闲、美食的世外桃源。

东高体育俱乐部（上海）有限公司是东方高尔夫国际集团自主开发、设计的又一精品，该球场被指定2005年为在中国举办的东方名人赛首站比赛球场，这个选择是独具慧眼的。

Shanghai Orient Golf Club is located 30+ minutes from downtown in Shanghai’s Songjiang District and provides a quality golf experience for golfers of all levels.  Designed by Mr. T.K. Pen of Taiwan in 2002, the course is characterized by it rolling greens and an abundance of connected lakes that comes into play on all but one hole on the course.  Shanghai Orient represents a great golf value at a convenient location in western Shanghai that keeps Shanghai golfers coming back to experience Orient year after year.

Shanghai Orient Golf Club offers a modern restaurant with an incredible view. Golfers enjoy a beer on the sun deck overlooking the 18th green. Groups will enjoy the privacy and flexibility of up to four private connected dining areas. There is also a VIP room available where our staff can serve up to 12 guests.

Orient Shanghai Golf Club is host to several large-scale events each year including the CLGPA Shanghai Classic, the Lexus Cup, and the BMW Invitational. We also host golf groups and other media press conferences including Baidu.com, Range Rover, Sina.com, and Golf Punk. Whether large or small, we are looking forward to supporting your event. 

Binhai is the best links course in China Located 30 minutes from the Pudong Airport in Shanghai, China. Two shuttle buses available daily. I have played at Binhai around 50 times over the last 5 years and it is all the challenge one would want. The saying at Binhai is that a good tee shot finds the bunkers. Only mis-hits and bombs avoid the sand traps. Grab a windbreaker and your creative short game and experience a different and refreshing golf challenge.
